At JSR Plywood, our main aim is to make our customers satisfied. Also, we assure our customers all our products have high quality. But if the product does not perfectly meet your expectations, we have the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
You can return the product within 7 days of the delivery date.
They must not be used, installed, damaged, or in any way altered.
In addition, you must provide proof of purchase or invoice.
Products such as “customized,” “cut to size,” or “special order” plywood
Products bought during sales and promotions will be deemed as non-returnable.
Return Process
Contact JSR Plywood customer support with your order details.
Once verified, our team will process your return request.
Once we receive the product, we will process the return.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be sent within 7 to 10 days.
Also, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
Transportation and handling charges will not be refunded.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In case of damage or wrong product, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery of your order along with images of your parcel. We will provide you with a replacement.
